Commercial Asbestos Removal

Firstly we hold a full asbestos license issued by the HSE – This allows us to legally work on asbestos projects of all sizes and complexities. We’re also a registered member of ARCA (Asbestos Removal Contractors Association) who regularly conduct un-announced audits on its members to ensure quality of work and standards. We are accredited on various SIPP Schemes including CHAS, ConstructionLine and SafeContractor.

All commercial jobs will be allocated a site visit within 48 hours – This involves one of our estimators visiting site to provide a quote for the project in question. Dependant on the legislation involved with the project it can take up to 2 weeks before any work is legally allowed to start – This is called the notification period (For most asbestos removal project the HSE have to be notified of the works 2 weeks before commencement – It would be illegal to start works before this time) We will always try our best to accommodate the timeframes of your project.

In regards to project value - in the past 12 months we’ve completed commercial projects ranging from £2,000 to £0.5million. In regards to the clients we’ve worked with here a few: Blackpool Council, MEARS, Bank of England, John F Hunt & Lucion.

Whilst we are based in Lancashire, we do operate nationwide. For smaller commercial projects we work within 150 miles of our head office (Chorley).
